Book overview:

“All the noise in my brain. I clamp it to the page so it will be still.” — Barbara Kingsolver

I have always had a connection with books and words. Writing allows me to process information, unpack memories, and examine how my experiences have shaped my family and me.

The From the Heart Journal allows you to answer different prompts at your own pace. It also provides space for free journaling, list-making, doodling, and dreams.

They say writing can be healing. I hope this journal is a safe spot for you to share your secrets.

I have a chapter in this collection, and it was released on Amazon in May for Maternal Mental Health Month.

My story goes into more detail about post-partum depression regarding adoption. I'm alongside some fantastic women and friends! I am super proud of them all and of Jes Petit for putting her brave heart out there and bringing this project to fruition.

100% of the profits will go to Empty Arms Bereavement Support.
